Yes. We support Microsoft 365 setup, licensing, security settings, mailbox health, and day-to-day user support.
Do you only work with larger companies?
No. We mainly support small businesses in Roleystone and the Perth Hills with practical, scalable support plans.
Can you still help if we also need home support?
Yes. Business services stay business-focused, and we can separately support residential users through our home service pages.
How quickly can you respond to critical issues?
For urgent outages we prioritise immediate triage and clear communication, with onsite support where needed.
